How it works
- Tuesdays 12pm (until 2pm) from 3rd November – 8th December: Open the app. Select "Meet" and "Free now". Plug in at least 30 minutes, or more if you can.
- See who Stuart suggests you should meet. Don't see anyone yet? Don't worry, the app is new and it might take time to find your match as more people join. Plug in your next free window or extend your time.
- When you get a match, if you'd like to, accept. Meet anywhere on campus (the app will suggest somewhere nearby to you both).
- Once you've both met and made your reflections, you're entered into our prize draw.Stay tuned: We'll announce winners on the app at 5:45pm.
- Winners on campus can find us in the Business School foyer to collect, using their app profile and university ID. If you are not present, you have until 5pm the following Tuesday to email hello@bemorestuart.com and claim your prize, before it rolls into the next draw's fund. You can collect your prize the following week, or by arrangement but you must bring your ID (see 'Terms and Conditions').
Terms and conditions
Free prize draw, no payment to enter
Promoter. Retruvai Ltd, trading as bemorestuart.com.
Who can enter. Everyone at Imperial College London aged 18 and over who has the Stuart app and, on the Tuesday they enter, meets someone new through it and makes their reflections before the 5:30pm draw. No guests. Stuart team members may not enter. Stuart Ambassadors may.
Free to enter. No purchase needed. You need the Stuart app, which is free to download.
How to enter. Meet someone new through the Stuart app on the day, then both of you make your reflections on that meeting in the app. This enters you into the draw automatically. One entry per person, per event day.
When. Six events: 3, 10, 17 and 24 November, and 1 and 8 December 2026. The suggested time to meet is 12–2pm as this is when most people will be available on the app, but any meeting that day before the draw counts. Each draw is at 5:30pm, and winners are announced in the app at 5:45pm. From 12–2pm and 5:30–6pm, you can find us in the Business School foyer for extra treats, for help with the app, and to collect prizes.
Prizes. £1,000 in total, given away across the six events. Amounts per event might vary and aren't announced in advance. Other prizes, such as gift cards and merchandise may also be given away.
Winners. Drawn at random at 5:30pm, from that day's entries. Winners are announced in the app at 5:45pm. Winners on campus can collect their prize before 6pm in the Business School foyer, showing their Stuart app profile and university ID. Other winners claim by emailing hello@bemorestuart.com by 5pm the following Tuesday, then collect their prize in person at the following week's event, bringing ID that matches their Stuart profile. Cash prizes are paid in cash. Unclaimed prizes roll over to the next event's draw. At the last event (8 December), a second and third winner are drawn in case the first doesn't claim. On this occasion, the winner has until 11th December to claim by email, and collects by arrangement, with ID checked. After that, the second and third winners drawn will be announced.
If a winner is unable to collect the following week at the same time, a suitable alternative time may be found by arrangement, by emailing hello@bemorestuart.com.
You can win more than once.
Photos. You may be photographed at Turbo Tuesdays, and photos may be used in Stuart's marketing. If you'd rather not appear, tell us on the day.
Your details. The draw uses your Stuart account: meeting someone through the app and making your reflections on the day is what enters you. When you collect a prize, we check your app profile against your university ID. If you email us to claim, we use your email address to arrange your prize. See our privacy policy.
Changes. We may change the time or place of an event, including where to find us each day. We will say so in the app. We reserve the right to amend, vary or withdraw this offer at any time. These terms should be read in the spirit intended; in any dispute, our interpretation prevails and our decision is final.
